Costs and delivery terms

All shipments (outside ITALY) are done by UPS. We charged a fee of 10 EUROS for everything you buy except for the AeroTech and the Atlas Compact that have a fee of 100 EUROS..

All customs fees of each country will be paid by the client .

If the customs fees of your country are not paid and the products are refused, all customs fees and transportation costs will be deducted from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.

All orders received will be shipped on the next business day, if we have stock available.

We will not be held responsible for damages that may arise due to delays in the delivery of the products that are not directly attributed to us.

SCICON reserves the right to send the goods by mail or by the national postal service based on the volume of products purchased.

Warranty & Returns

All our product are checked before the shipment. As indicated by the Legislative Decree n. 24/2002 " Attuazione della direttiva 1999/44/CE su taluni aspetti della vendita e delle garanzie di consumo".

Warranty: As indicated by the Legislative Decree n. 185 dated 22/05/1999, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the products in a very simple way: all you have to do is pack the products, send back to our office and also send an e-mail to: info@e-sciconbags.com letting us know you are not satisfied.

If the product shows signs of production faults, return costs will be borne entirely by e-sciconbags

We must remind you that you must request the return procedure within and no later than 10 days from receiving the products. For further information please visit the warranty page in our website.
