Costs and delivery terms
- All shipments are done by Executive and are free of charge in Italy for orders upper than 100,00 Euro.
- For orders under 100,00 Euro all shipments to Italy costs 10,00 EURO.
- We will answer you immediately, indicating the exact amount of transport costs and, if necessary, payment of customs fees.
- All orders received will be shipped on the next business day where we have stock available.
- Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email giving details, including the expected delivery date and the shipping method.
- For large orders, at our discretion, and for any orders outside ITALY, we reserve the right to make additional security checks, for which purpose we may contact you via email or phone.
- N.B.: We will not be held responsible for damages that may arise due to delays in delivery of the goods not directly attributed to us.
- If the customs fees are not paid and the goods are refused, all customs fees and transportation costs will be deducted from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.
Guarantee & Returns
- All our product are checked before shipment. As indicated by the Legislative Decree n. 24/2002 " Attuazione della direttiva 1999/44/CE su taluni aspetti della vendita e delle garanzie di consumo".
Garanzia
- As indicated by the Legislative Decree n. 185 dated 22/05/1999, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the Ties in a very simple way: all you have to do is to pack them and send an e-mail to: info@e-sciconbags.com.
- We will organise collection by our EXECUTIVE courier after having contacted you to define the collection date.
- If the product shows signs of production faults, return costs will be borne entirely by e-sciconbags.
- We must remind you that you must request the return procedure within and no later than 10 days from receipt of the goods. For further information please visit the Guarantee page in our website.
